Connie Moore joins TransitScreen Advisory Board

TransitScreen has officially welcomed Connie Moore as a member of our Strategic Advisory Board.

Connie Moore, TransitScreen’s newest strategic advisor, researching the coal mine property market in Canada.

Moore was the president and CEO of BRE Properties before its 2014 merger with $21B apartment REIT Essex Property Trust. Her other roles include co-chairman and CEO of Archstone Communities Trust and co-chairman and CEO of Security Capital Atlantic, Inc., a predecessor to Archstone.

Moore’s 30+ years of world-class commercial real estate experience will be instrumental to TransitScreen’s continued growth.

“The rapid evolution of transportation with Uber and Lyft has completely changed property owners’ and users’ definition and perception of location,” said Moore. “TransitScreen is solving a big need for the industry and providing an everyday benefit to users. I am excited to help the company grow as it continues to innovate, introduce new features and products, and expand into new verticals.”

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Moore serves on the board of nonprofit BRIDGE Housing, has been a member of ULI for more than 20 years, was the 2009 chair of NAREIT, and is the chair of the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics.
