TransitScreen brings real-time transit information to you and your residents right in your lobby, or various common areas. You can highlight local attractions with the Nearby feature, as well as upcoming events with the Messaging feature. Transit information

When you get a TransitScreen, you get curated, real-time transit information specific to your property. This information can include public transit, bikeshare, ridehailing, and even electric scooters. When you add CityMotion, you and your residents have all that information available at all times.

My Commute

Our goal is to give your residents the most personalized experience, each time they leave their home. With My Commute in CityMotion, your residents will have the most efficient commute possible for their preferences.

The first step of My Commute is for your residents to set their home address and work address. Next is setting up their ideal commuting times. For the morning commute, your residents set the latest time they want to arrive at the office. Based on that, and their favorite mobility options , we send a notification to them when it’s time to get moving.

My Favorites

As we mentioned above, residents can “favorite” their most used  choices. Once they’ve selected their preferences, the app will show them these first. They’ll have a better commuting experience before they step out their door. 

Favorites also help residents plan their errands, social activities, or make a change of course during their commutes. They can set different locations for future destinations, allowing them to see which options are close to their next stop. CityMotion truly creates an amenity ready at the touch of a button.

Messaging

Like TransitScreen, CityMotion has a Messaging feature which allows you to communicate with your residents. Sending custom messages regarding upcoming community events, safety guidelines, or building updates creates means your residents will always be in the know, without you having to post another flyer in the elevator. This can also add an important element with shifting COVID guidelines, as we all try to stay as informed as possible.
